Elijah, 1 year old, PA

Elijah entered foster care at birth. While it wasn’t the best circumstance, the amazing part was that he was able to be placed with his two older sisters! They are obsessed with their little brother. He loves smiling at them and just watching them play. He’s a pretty mellow guy and enjoys his swing and binky.
