Jade spent nearly three years in the foster system, starting from age ten, due to neglect and abuse. Despite the trauma, she found a caring foster home that offered stability, but navigating court hearings was a confusing and daunting experience. This difficult journey fueled her determination to become a family law attorney, driven by a desire to be a voice for foster youth who feel unheard. Committed to serving her community, she actively engaged in various clubs throughout high school, even serving as president of two international organizations. Her big heart and compassion inspire her to help those in need, and she aspires to support nonprofits dedicated to improving the lives of foster youth.
