Joey is a bright, loving, and curious boy who has been in foster care for over three years. He has an identical twin and an older brother, both of whom live in different homes. Throughout this journey, Joey has demonstrated incredible resilience, working hard to develop coping skills that help him heal from the trauma he experienced while in the care of his biological parents and during the separation from his brothers.
