Isaac is a bright boy whose radiant smile can break through any darkness. Isaac was placed in the system along with his older sister due to witnessing domestic violence from their parents. Isaac has a developmental delay and has been resilient and, through his caregivers and his older sister, has been able to adapt to life in a healthy home. Isaac is now surrounded by love and emotional support.
