Alex has big dreams and a passion for helping animals and communities in need. After spending nine years in the child welfare system following removal from their mother at age nine, they are finally in a place where they feel settled and can focus on their future. They plan to attend college to pursue veterinary school, with a special interest in wildlife care. Beyond their love for animals, Alex is also passionate about community activism and finding ways to give back. In their free time, they enjoy crafting, sewing, and making unique button headbands.
