Ryan was removed from his parents' care due to concerns about physical abuse. After spending eleven months in foster care, he was reunited with his parents while still receiving support. Ryan is thriving; he is playful and has recently started walking. He is meeting his developmental milestones and loves spending time with his big brother, often trying to keep up with him.
