Phillip is currently residing in the 18 Plus Program through Independent Living, which is a significant achievement as he is now living independently in his own apartment! After spending over 10 years in foster care, he has shown immense resilience despite facing many challenges in his young life. His progress in the 18 Plus Program is truly remarkable. Phillip has lived in numerous placements and continues to work on improving himself year after year. He enjoys gaming and is interested in enlisting in the military. In addition, he is independently working towards completing his GED. Although Phillip is a shy young man, he is very kind and is learning how to navigate adulthood on his own.
