Ishani has been through a lot. Just when she finally set off on her own, leaving foster care behind, more obstacles were set before her: an assault, identity theft, and financial hardship. Ishani has been making the best of it and keeps pressing forward to build herself a better life. She actively seeks employment and hopes to return to school to eventually pursue a college degree. Throughout it all, Ishani has demonstrated an unwavering fortitude that will one day lead her to the life she hopes to live.
