Oscar spent seven years in foster care and missed his family dearly, especially during the holidays. He wished more people had more patience and the desire to listen to the foster kids. Despite the heartache, Oscar is proud of how far he's come, especially battling mental health concerns. At the moment, he is taking it one day at a time and hopes to help others in the future.
