Kira is a determined and compassionate young woman whose warmth and perseverance shine through in everything she does. Having spent much of her adolescence in foster care, Kira has learned to face life’s challenges with courage and grace. She is deeply motivated to become a nurse, inspired by her desire to care for others in the way she once wished someone would care for her. Kira radiates positivity and hope, especially when she is lifting others up—both literally and figuratively—on her cheerleading team.
