Felix is a truly sweet, caring, and intelligent boy who has shown remarkable growth over the past year. He is currently in foster care with a supportive resource parent and has made incredible progress overcoming challenges related to his mental health, education, and adjustment to a new home environment. Despite the difficulties he's faced, Felix has opened up emotionally and socially and even begun participating in football.
