Hannah is a mother of two children who loves spending time with her family. She works with mentally challenged teenagers, a job she finds fulfilling. To further her career, she is pursuing a nursing degree to continue making a positive impact in this field. Hannah is currently receiving aftercare services for youth transitioning out of foster care.
