Oscar entered foster care at the age of seventeen after losing his home. Throughout his childhood, he faced severe neglect and abuse. Despite not having a home or family to turn to, Oscar has continued attending high school and dreams of becoming an electrician. He is working hard to overcome his shyness and learn to trust others.
