Jamer is a happy and active child in foster care. He experiences developmental and cognitive delays but is making significant progress in all his therapies. Jamer is currently working on walking with a gait trainer, and once he is able to walk independently, he will always be on the move! Jamer enjoys exploring with toys that involve lights and music.
