Patricia is a wonderful young mother currently in foster care who is learning how to be a successful young adult. She is determined to graduate from high school so that she can build a better life for her child and herself, as well as overcome the obstacles she has endured. Patricia is supported by the Department of Social Services Children's Division while also residing in a transitional living program.
