After years of moving through foster homes and various programs, Joey has now joined an independent living program. He is an energetic person who finds joy in everything related to the beach. He loves surfing and fishing and often enjoys sitting by the inlet where the bay meets the Atlantic Ocean, watching the boats come and go.
