Skylah is developmentally delayed and has been in the agency's custody since 2015. Over the years, she has moved multiple times but has maintained stability in a home for the past few years. Skylah enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and watching shows. She is currently working on completing her schoolwork in order to graduate. Skylah plans to remain in her foster home, with her foster parent as her guardian, when she becomes an adult. She prefers to spend time alone and does not enjoy being outside.
