However, he demonstrates genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for art, mechanics, and hands-on learning. His goal is to earn his GED and develop skills in automotive mechanics. Despite the medical and emotional challenges he faces, when Damian attends school, he remains engaged, participates positively, and is well-liked by both his peers and teachers. His current foster parents provide the structure and support he needs to rebuild his confidence and work toward his goals. Damian has stated that his focus for the coming months is to complete his schoolwork and art projects at home, as well as to improve his planning skills and independence. He feels these qualities are essential as he prepares to transition into adulthood.
