JR is special needs and was born with many medical needs. He came into care right after birth, was adopted as a young child, and came back into care. He was lucky his adult sister was able to take him and his older sister. JR is very inquisitive, he will ask many questions and strike a conversation with anyone. He loves to play cops and robbers and loves to watch wrestling.
