Rosalie is a bright little girl who receives support from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). She loves learning new things and making new friends. Very active, Rosalie enjoys attending dance class and gymnastics with her friends. Additionally, she is a wonderful big sister who loves helping take care of her two younger sisters.
