Moria is a cheerful and healthy toddler who receives support from the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP). She has recently started walking and is always on the move. Moria attends dance class once a week, where she enjoys dancing with her fellow toddlers. While Moria can be a bit apprehensive around strangers, once she becomes familiar with someone, she transforms into a cuddle bug, relishing being held and gently rocked when she's tired or feeling sad.
