Levi is a friendly, outgoing boy who has been in foster care. He and his three siblings were brought back from Tijuana, Mexico, to the US after being found unsupervised while begging for food on the streets. Levi is placed separately from his siblings and has undergone eight placements over a short period. He faces significant mental health challenges due to past trauma, which means he needs a higher level of care for the foreseeable future. Levi had not attended school before entering foster care, so he is learning basic skills like reading and math. Levi has a great imagination and loves cars.
