Halo has been in foster care since the day she was born. She faced the challenges of being drug-exposed at birth but has shown incredible resilience. Since her discharge from the hospital, she has been cared for by her devoted foster mother. Although she was hospitalized initially to treat withdrawal symptoms, she has made remarkable progress. Today, Halo is happily reaching her developmental milestones and growing stronger every day. With parental rights having been terminated, she continues to thrive in her nurturing environment, where she feels safe and loved.
