Kevin is a very energetic child whose vibrant smile brightens any room. He has faced the unfortunate trauma of losing his father to gun violence at a young age. His mother, who had Kevin at just 17 years old, has struggled to support him since his father’s death. She currently lives with family members who help provide support whenever they can. Kevin was diagnosed with autism at the age of four, which has presented additional challenges for his mother as she works tirelessly to meet his needs.
