JW is a wonderful young man who left Utah's foster care system by reunifying with his family. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his two children. JW and his partner were homeless for over a year. During that time, they put their two children in the custody of the state for their well-being and safety. During that time they were able to find work and housing.
