Jesi grew up in foster care, moving between homes and learning independence much earlier than most children. She achieved a significant milestone by completing her first job as a peer mentor, an experience that boosted her confidence and sense of purpose. Now a full-time student at Cal State San Francisco, Jesi lives on campus and is fully engaged in college life, balancing a full course load while building meaningful connections. Despite the challenges she has faced, Jesi remains highly motivated to succeed. She approaches each day with a positive mindset, resilience, and a strong determination to create a better future for herself.
