Tashenea, known to most as Tasha, is someone who leads with heart and purpose. She is deeply passionate about helping others see the best in themselves and believes that kindness, understanding, and compassion can change someone’s entire world — because those are the very things that changed hers. Growing up in foster care taught Tasha resilience, empathy, and the importance of believing in something greater than one’s circumstances. These experiences fuel her drive to make a difference, not only in her own life but in the lives of others who need to know they are not alone. Outside of work, Tasha expresses herself through crochet, gaming, and exploring creative outlets that help her unwind and stay grounded. She also finds fulfillment in community work — creating spaces where people feel they belong, can laugh, and can simply be themselves.
