Royale, known as "RJ," is a very active young boy who loves doing puzzles. His favorite toys are his trucks and Hot Wheels cars. RJ is currently enrolled in a Head Start program where he is learning many new things. He enjoys spending time with his sister and mother. RJ is currently placed with his grandmother and his older sister.
