Gabe entered foster care at the age of eight and experienced multiple placements throughout her journey. She is pursuing her associate degree in Studio Art while working toward full independence after facing housing instability and transitioning out of difficult living situations. Her experiences have strengthened her resilience, adaptability, and determination to continue moving forward despite uncertainty. Along the way, she has learned to advocate for herself, balance school, work, and personal responsibilities, and remain focused on building a stable future. Her strengths include creativity, determination, and loyalty. Art serves as one of her greatest passions and outlets, allowing her to express emotions, heal from challenging experiences, and connect with others. She enjoys drawing, painting, writing poetry, and creating meaningful artwork that reflects her life experiences. She also values personal growth, supporting others whenever possible, and cultivating strong, positive relationships.
