Diego is hardworking and has demonstrated remarkable determination despite the numerous challenges he encountered while growing up in foster care. After experiencing multiple placements throughout his childhood, he is now in a stable and supportive home where he is thriving as he prepares for adulthood. Diego takes great pride in his education. He is also an active member of his school’s track team and regularly participates in running competitions. In addition to balancing his schoolwork and athletics, Diego is very independent; he cooks for himself, does his own laundry, and ensures that he attends school every day. His caregiver is incredibly proud of his dedication and maturity.
