Jacy is an active and growing baby. After suffering an unexplained injury when she was just 1.5 months old, Jacy was removed from her home and placed with a family friend. However, that family friend was unable to continue caring for Jacy, so she was placed with another family friend a week later. Jacy continues to live with this family friend, but she does not receive any formal foster care funding for support.
