Oaklynn is a sweet, energetic girl who is beginning to explore the world now that she’s learned to walk. Her foster parents describe her as very curious—she wants to discover everything around her. Oaklynn is currently experiencing some speech delays, and her foster family is actively helping her build her vocabulary and learn new words. She loves music, enjoys watching Miss Rachel, and is always on the move!
