Jahlenna is a kind and thoughtful young person who is easy to be around. She enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends, and being with her nephew, who she is very proud to be an aunt to. Jahlenna has shown a lot of strength while adjusting to changes in her foster care placements. Even with these challenges, she has stayed focused and motivated. She leans on support from her best friend and a trusted teacher at school to help her keep going. Jahlenna is doing very well in school and has been on the honor roll every marking period. She also works a job and does a great job balancing both school and work. She has grown in how she speaks up for herself and advocates for her needs. She is proud of how far she has come and continues to work hard toward her goals. Jahlenna is excited about the possibility of going to college and building a bright future for herself.
