Jacobe was placed in foster care at birth. He is placed with his aunt and his older sister that was previously adopted. Jacobe has just started to crawl and is curious about everything. He is a very happy boy that is always smiling. He loves to be held and also loves to go on walks with his foster family when the weather is nice!
