Terrance is a curious and thoughtful young person who loves dinosaurs and insects. He enjoys reading and learning facts about them, especially scientific details and classifications, and he is always excited to share what he knows with others. Over the past year, Terrance has faced the emotional challenge of learning he has a biological sibling he did not know about before. Even though this has been difficult to process, he has shown resilience and maturity while adjusting with support from his team. Terrance has also made strong academic and personal growth. His teacher has noticed big improvements in his participation, confidence, and grades. Even while learning in an immersion classroom and still adjusting to the language, he has stayed engaged, asked for help when needed, and continued to work hard. What makes Terrance stand out is his love of learning and his determination to grow. He is proud of his progress and has worked hard to step out of his comfort zone both academically and socially. He is looking forward to starting middle school and learning in an English-speaking classroom, continuing to build confidence and success.
