Halana is a gentle and very sweet little girl. She came into foster care in January of this year. She has shown remarkable resilience, overcoming some recent health concerns. Halana is so smart and is being raised to learn both English and Spanish by her foster parents to support a positive relationship with her biological parents as well. She loves playing dress up and exploring her independence.
