Dalton is an inspiring young person who recently aged out of foster care, having spent much of his life in group homes. He has a legal guardian who is assisting him in transitioning successfully into adulthood. Despite facing various challenges related to his autism diagnosis, Dalton is dedicated to achieving his goals and is currently making good progress.
