Najae is a true testament to resilience and determination as he navigates life after foster care. Although he faces challenges like financial stress and hurdles in finding a job, he stays optimistic and focused on his goals. He’s actively seeking employment, applying for positions, attending interviews, and making the most out of job fairs and resources available to him. Even when things don’t go as planned, he keeps a positive outlook and refuses to give up. One of the things that stands out about Najae is his openness to support while taking responsibility for his own journey. He regularly checks in with his coach, follows their advice, and is genuinely grateful for the encouragement he receives. Outside of work, Najae loves spending quality time with friends and family, has a special connection with his dog, and enjoys being part of community activities like the Wolf Connection program, where he makes new friends and embraces new experiences.
