Amari is a former foster youth who is living in independently as she raises her two children, a 4-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter. She is pursuing a degree in Medical Billing and Coding at Delgado Community College. As she works toward her educational goals, Amari is building a brighter future for herself and her family.
