Maria is a truly resilient and inspiring young girl. Originally from Venezuela, she and her mother made the courageous journey to the United States so Maria could access specialized medical care. Living with cerebral palsy and using a wheelchair, Maria faces daily physical challenges with incredible strength and a bright, loving spirit that lights up her entire community. She brings immense joy to her family and demonstrates remarkable perseverance every day.
