Chloe is a resilient and intelligent young girl. She is a lover of animals (especially dogs) and loves to help others. She loves to color, draw, and play kitchen. Chloe especially enjoys school. Chloe and her caregiver have gone through many hardships in such a short amount of time, but they continue to remain hopeful that they will persevere.
