De'syire has been in foster care for almost a year now. She's a total girly girl at heart, always drawn to pretend play and loving nothing more than doing hair and makeup, whether it's her own or someone else's. She's also a natural caretaker, stepping up as a big helper to her siblings and clearly taking pride in looking out for them.
