Tamir and his brother, Sam, recently reunited with their parents for the first time since entering care in 2018. They had faced significant physical abuse in a relative's home. Despite these challenges, Tamir, like his brother, is a resilient and energetic boy who loves football and other sports. Tamir has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and is adjusting to life with his parents after so many years of separation.
