Jordan is involved with the child welfare system due to concerns related to neglect in the family home. There have been ongoing concerns regarding the condition of the home, Jordan's hygiene and overall care, and the caregiver's ability to consistently meet his emotional, developmental, and mental health needs. Jordan is on the autism spectrum and has mental health needs. Despite these challenges, Jordan is able to communicate thoughts and feelings and identify areas where additional support is needed. Jordan has experienced instability, neglect, and significant emotional challenges, yet continues to work toward greater stability and well-being.
