Chloe is a young lady involved with the child welfare system and foster care due to concerns related to neglect in the family home. She has experienced instability and challenges in having her basic needs met consistently, including concerns about hygiene, clothing, and the overall condition of the home. Despite these challenges, Chloe has demonstrated resilience, confidence, and a desire to grow. She recently participated in an Inner Beauty Program, where she had the opportunity to build her self-esteem, practice speaking up for herself, and learn more about self-care and confidence.
