Lehigh Valley Families Together, Inc., founded in 2002, is a non-profit agency providing family preservation, reunification and resource family care to families residing in Lehigh and Northampton Counties of Pennsylvania. When safety is ensured, children thrive best when with their families, which is why LVFT is dedicated to the mission of maintaining preservation of the family whenever possible.
