Guiding Hope is a Child Welfare Agency that was founded in July of 2020 because of the growing and expansive needs of the Child Welfare System. Guiding Hope got it’s official start in the State of Texas where it’s focus is meeting the needs of children who are TEMPORARILY removed from their parents. Guiding Hope is designed to serve the youth in Lubbock Texas ensuring that children are placed in the communities that they are from.
