Helping Hands Kinship Support Services lend a hand to those who lend their hearts. In other words, we provide help to relative caregivers and non-relative extended family members, also known as kin caregivers (this includes children in the foster care system). HHKSS offers these families the help and support they need to stay together as a family. Our goal is to strengthen and sustain formal and informal Kinship families in San Bernardino County. We are committed to assuring that children stay connected to their families, culture, language and traditions, while living in a safe, healthy and stable home.
