The NextUp program is a supplemental component of the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) program. It is designed to support the educational goals and holistic well-being of current and former foster youth. The goal is to provide ‘over and above’ supportive services to help former foster youth overcome the extra obstacles that may be holding them back from pursuing higher education through the completion of a certificate, degree, or transfer.
