Through the CCS program, unaccompanied refugee minors are placed in foster care homes and have the option to remain in the program until they turn 21. While participating in the program, a team consisting of Family Consultants, Case Managers, and Transition to Adult Living Coaches collaborates with foster families to support the youth in achieving their goals and preparing for long-term self-sufficiency.
